contact for other new parents in the Manitoba Craniofacial program. Your
information will only be used for this purpose. New parents that enter
the Craniofacial program will be offered parent support and then matched with a
contact in their area, if interested.
By submitting this form, you confirm that the below information is
correct. You agree to be polite, supportive, and encouraging in your
position as a parent support contact. You will take this volunteer
position seriously, act in the best interest of the client (new
parents), maintain confidentiality, connect with new clients as soon as
possible, and follow through on meetings (or contact with prior notice
to reschedule).
